Please join us in welcoming Douglas Tibbitts to the RJ Marshall family. Doug will be taking on the role of West Coast Sales Manager.

Doug started his career in the cast polymer industry in 2007 after 15 years at UPS. He has worked in various aspects of cast polymer for the last 16 years. He has presided over, or managed two companies during that time, TruStone Products and Tyvarian International, and consulted for multiple other cast polymer companies. He has served on the Board of Directors for the ICPA and consulted for the ACMA.

Doug will be responsible for sales for the states of Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, California Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, of the US and British Columbia, and Alberta Canada, and Northwestern Mexico.
