Closure of the Marshall-Gruber Company, LLC

(Mansfield, TX) – The Marshall-Gruber Company, LLC (the “Company”) has decided to close down and cease all operations at its facility located at 220 Airport Drive, Mansfield, Texas 76063, after almost 9 years of operation.

The decision arose due to slowing economic conditions leading to low demand for manufactured products, rising raw material costs and excessive employee turnover resulting in a non-profitable operation.

The facility shutdown is expected to be gradual, and the Company is in the process of completing all existing and accepted customer purchase orders. The Company anticipates ceasing all operations on or before November 30, 2023.
