(Mansfield, TX) – The Marshall-Gruber Company, LLC and Advance Plastics, LLC have reached an agreement whereby Advanced Plastics, headquartered, Nashville, Tennessee, has acquired some of the assets of the Marshall Gruber Company operation located at 220 Airport Drive, Mansfield, Texas 76063.

This agreement allows The R.J. Marshall Company to focus on the company’s core business of processing specialty minerals and chemicals, while allowing Advanced Plastics to expand operations in the distribution of materials to the Cast Polymer and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics markets.

Effective October 1, 2023, the Mansfield, Texas location for Advanced Plastics can be reached at the same phone numbers. The current phone numbers, for the Mansfield, Texas location, will transfer to Advanced Plastics. See below.
